Our paper in collaboration with the laboratory of Dr. Florence Ruggiero at the Institute for Functional Genomics in Lyon is published in Matrix Biology! In this paper, we developed a gene-orthology-based pipeline to derive the first draft of the zebrafish matrisome. The zebrafish matrisome list is available on the Matrisome Project website.
