New publication: Pan-Cancer Analysis of the Genomic Alterations and Mutations of the Matrisome

In a new study conducted in collaboration with Dr. Valerio Izzi from the University of Oulu, Finland, we interrogated the TCGA data to evaluate the extent and frequency of copy number alterations and mutations in matrisome genes and their possible roles on gene expression, protein functions, and patient survival.
