New Publication: MatrixDB: integration of new data with a focus on glycosaminoglycan interactions.

MatrixDB is an interaction database developed by Dr. Ricard-Blum and collaborators focused on biomolecular interactions established by extracellular matrix proteins and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs). In the updated version of MatrixDB, we contributed to implement quantitative ECM proteomic datasets from the ECM Atlas which now allows users to build specific interaction networks related to specific organs, diseases, biological processes, or molecular functions. This publication will be featured in 2019 Database Issue of Nucleic Acid Research.
