Our paper in collaboration with Sally Horne-Badovinac (University of Chicago) is now published in Matrix Biology Plus.

In this paper, we used a bioinformatic approach to define the Drosophila matrisome. We found that ~4% of the Drosophila genome encodes matrisome proteins. To aid the dissemination and usage of the Drosophila matrisome by the scientific community, our list has been made available through three public portals: The Matrisome Project, FlyBase, and The Gene List Annotation for Drosophila (GLAD).
