MatrisomeDB 2.0 is now live!

Thrilled to announce the release of the new version of MatrisomeDB developed in collaboration with Huiming Ding from MIT's Koch Institute's bioinformatic core facility and the Hynes lab. MatrisomeDB is a searchable database that provides live cross-referencing to gene and protein databases for every ECM and ECM-associated genes. MatrisomeDB 2.0 integrates experimental proteomic data on the ECM of 14 different tissues and tumors from the ECM Atlas (Naba et al., Matrix Biology, 2016).
