Alexandra has been elected to the council of the American Society for Matrix Biology. As councilor for the 2017 - 2020 term, Alexandra will contribute to develop mentoring activities for trainees and young women and will work toward strengthening interactions with the International Society for Matrix Biology. The upcoming activities of the ASMB for 2017 are featured in the January Newsletter of the ISMB.
